Do I need to make an appointment?
You can call in to see us at Chantilly Lace Bridalwear any time, and know that you will be made welcome. Sometimes you might find that we're a little busy, but don't worry, we'll make you feel comfortable as you browse. You might want to make an appointment on a Saturday, but we certainly don't insist on it.
How soon should I order my wedding dress?
Any time between 6 and 8 months before the big day is absolutely perfect, but don't worry, you can rely on us to rush things through if you need us to. If you need a little last minute magic, we'll work to provide it!
Do I have to pay for my dress when I order it?
You can pay for your dress in full when you order it, but no, of course you don't have to. We will ask for a 50% deposit, and then the rest can be paid when your dress arrives in store. Or we do offer payment plans too, please ask in store.
Will my wedding dress need altering?
It may only be a small alteration but most dresses will need to be adjusted slightly to get that fantastic fitted look. When you order, the best size will be discussed, and we can take it from there. If there are any alterations to be made we can advise on the best seamstress in the area.
